Welcome to NCGE's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The VLE has been designed to allow you as guidance counsellors in Ireland to engage in continuing and professional development and training.
The ultimate aim of the VLE is to assist you in your own professional and personal development, exploration and education through the provision of short term and practical programmes that are related to your day to day work.
In order to maximise learning the programme pages are designed to be interactive. Programmes offered use a combination of learning methods including blended learning, action research and experiential learning approaches.
